7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

(DUTCH CONSUMER LAW)

a) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Bedenktijd) Under Dutch consumer protection law (Wet Koop op Afstand), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery via email: returns@petsciety.com
- Return the product within 14 days of notifying us
- Product must be unused and in original packaging

We will refund the purchase price (including original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

b) Extended 30-Day Return Policy We offer an extended voluntary return period of 30 days from delivery.

Return conditions:
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Contact returns@petsciety.com to initiate a return

c) Return Shipping Costs
- For 14-day cooling-off period: Customer pays return shipping (unless product is defective or incorrect)
- For voluntary returns (days 15-30): Customer pays return shipping

d) Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Products removed from sealed packaging (if applicable)
- Personalized or custom-made items

e) Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@petsciety.com.

We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

f) Refund Processing Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
